With 30+ years of leadership experience in the consumer goods industry across multiple company sizes and cultures, I bring maturity and groundedness to my clients.

Having lived in 9 countries and speaking 4 languages fluently, I have a non-judgmental attitude that enables my clients to feel safe in a partnership towards their desired outcome.

My clients, working in different environments from multinational companies to NGO’s and education, are brought to develop their potential and embrace new horizons.

Background:

After spending my youth and upbringing in Norway, I moved to and fell in love with Paris, where I met my wife. My expatriate life brought me to London, Mexico, Brussels, Lisbon, Paris and Hong Kong, together with my wife and two daughters. I have held marketing, sales and general management positions at L’Oréal, and J&J. My last company assignment was as VP APAC of Laboratoires Filorga, a french premium skincare brand owned by Colgate Palmolive.

Education:

I hold a Bachelor in Business Administration from Norway, and a Certificate in Professional Coaching Mastery from Transcend International in Hong Kong. I am a certified coach (ACC) by the International Coaching Federation.

I speak fluent Norwegian, French (native languages), English and Portuguese.
