At Google, I led a high-performing sales team charged with growing our B2B portfolio. While I enjoyed the client interaction, I believe the most critical aspect of my role was developing and growing my team. I not only coached and mentored Googlers in on-boarding and deveopment during my time there, but also interviewed hundreds of candidates, both as part of a hiring committee and also as a hiring manager. I know what hiring managers are looking for, have participated in interview training and have a plethora of materials to share to help you navigate and secure your desired role.
Additionally, I built the Sales Coach program in our Large Customer Sales Organization, building sales acumen and confidence with both sellers and managers. As a coach, I listen, learn and assist my coachee via role play and practice.
