Service description:
* Part 1: you and I will have a 30 minutes call to discuss your offer and strategize your negotiation.
* Part 2: I will be available to answer any questions via email during the entire negotiation (will always respond within 24h).
Notes:
• My market is in the UK (local hires or candidates relocating into the UK).
• Sectors: tech and financial services.
• I do not provide advice for negotiating with specific companies or specific recruitment firms/intermediaries.
• I take only a handful of clients at a time due to time constraints.
• All our discussions and correspondence are confidential.
• I do not negotiate for you. I will work with you on a mutually agreed step by step plan to maximize your negotiation leverage. It is entirely up to you to execute it.
• If you are unemployed at the time you engage my services you only need to pay me after you receive your first paycheck from your new job.
• If you do not achieve any improvement to the initial terms of your job offer after following my advice, I will waive my fee. I am confident this will happen very rarely :)
