At Microsoft, I am currently working on projects that are responsible for the overall quality of hardware that goes into production. Our charter ensures that any upgrade / update to the system doesn't degrade the overall performance.
Prior to this, I have had opportunities to try my hands at different roles and responsibilities at Microsoft. I was the technical lead and SME for 4 vendor businesses at Microsoft and have delivered on-site and offsite trainings to close to 150 FTEs and vendors.
I have been the go-to person for the quick "one week crash course on becoming an expert at the subject" since my school days itself. I took up teaching as a side-hustle during my college days and loved every bit of it. My students constantly outperformed their own expectations. The reason?
I teach, the way I feel I should've been taught. I feel everyone deserves to fall in love with the subject they are inquisitive about.
I'll ensure that my mentees have what it takes to be ready for an opportunity that comes along their way. I want to ensure that you feel confident enough to sit in front of the other person and answer the questions without deliberately trying to create an impression that you know stuff.
