As an international executive and leadership coach, certified by the International Coach Federation – ICF, I am passionate about supporting managers and leaders who decided to strengthen their leadership and intercultural competencies.

Grounded in openness, authenticity, positivity and creativity, I accompany managers and executives in getting better at managing and leading others and evolving with serenity in an international environment. My coaching approach, inspired in particular by Positive Psychology (evidence-based coaching), sharpens your understanding for your functions, strengths and talents, ensures value-based decision making and promotes the emergence and reinforcement of successful leadership practices and leadership attribution. I have been living and working more than 20 years outside of France, my home country, mainly in the UK, Germany and Japan. I graduated with a master in international management and started my career in corporate finance as an investment controller in large international groups over a decade, before going back to university to run research projects about leadership and organizational science. There I discovered coaching, which became a passion and my new profession. By training myself in professional coaching, I was able to embody my deep interest in the development of good leadership practices and the fulfillment of everyone at work. I have been building my coaching business successfully since then as a professional coach, certified by ICF the International Coach Federation, focusing mainly on leadership and intercultural topics. I coach in English, French and German.

Coaching has been for me a life-changing journey, connecting my professional background anchored in managerial practice and theory with communication skills and self-awareness, flexibility and diversity to support great individuals and teams to shine towards their best selves. I love helping and empowering people to reach the goals they set as their coach, their partner.
