I have over 12 years of recruiting experience in technology. Prior to making a move in-house, I worked in Executive Search for 5 years where I help find Executive talent for ad-technology and SaaS start-ups.

I've worked at companies like Zoom, Facebook, InVision and helped them identify fantastic talent globally in their Sales, Marketing, and Product Marketing functions at scale. I've partnered closely with hiring managers to identify talent and build recruiting best practices and interview training programs. I've interviewed thousands of people throughout my career.

At Zoom I'm focussing on scaling the business in EMEA with a focus on Enterprise Sales across our European offices.
