I love combining 25 yrs of lived commercial experience together with big hearted and highly effective coaching.

Why it works is in part down to my commercial background and experience, as much as my own rich and intuitive coaching journey.  

Having run my own multi million pound business I went to work at senior leadership levels in public, corporate and private organisations developing myself and others along the way.

Over the last 5 years I have worked with Founders, Directors, Leaders & Managers all over the world.

My coaching work is my life and when I am not coaching you'll find me out in nature sailing or hiking.
