Summary: Having coached over 500 adults as a Career Coach at General Assembly, I've found that effective career coaching often also includes a little bit of personal coaching. I've had to not just help my clients with resumes, interviewing tips, or negotiation support, but I've also had to support them with their self-awareness and confidence. As a certified professional coach, and a leadership development expert, I care to help you identify what's important to you, potential development areas, and how you can develop your story and understanding of yourself so that you can share it with others in an effective and compelling way. I would also love to use my experience as an Learning and Development expert, to help you put together an onboarding and learning plan once you land your role.

Experience: I’ve been the Career Coach Manager at General Assembly, where I coached over 500 adult students seeking a new career path. I’ve also designed and managed leadership and development programs for leaders of all levels – including executives – at Uber, and have built the foundation for the Learning and Development function at Everlane focusing on leadership, team and employee development.
