What made me become a coach?

I have faced the same challenges as you. And, when coaching came across my life, I had such a transformation that has a great impact on me and on my teams. That was when I decided that I wanted to partner with other managers and help them to feel the same. I want to be an agent for change for them. To create an ecosystem in companies where managers can grow and be themselves agents of change for their teams.
