• I have over twenty years of experience in product and leadership at high-growth companies in a variety of industries, with more than ten years at Google and Facebook, plus time at early-stage organisations including as founder of a VC-funded start-up.

• I started coaching in 2016 and since 2019 it has been my full focus. My clients include Google, Adobe, Tesla, Intuit, Unity and several start-ups.

• My background gives me an insider’s view of product and engineering; I am also open to coaching people in other areas.

• Additionally I work as an interview coach to help those seeking PM roles improve their interview skills and maximise their chances of success. I'm a calibrated Google and Facebook interviewer, having conducted hundreds of interviews at both companies. In the past year I have helped >70 candidates prepare for a wide range of roles.
