Final loops prep puts Quality over quantity. We kickoff with the Digital Library (self-paced) to guides you to piece together the right element of your best materials. Followed by sessions to fine-tune the stories and practice delivery to reach the full potential.

FAQ

How is your approach uniquely different?

Our approach puts People over process, Quality over quantity. We aim at the best story per Leadership Principle (LP) (10-14 total). In contrast, process-driven (eg. Top 30 questions),or quantity-driven (e.g. 3 stores per LP or 30+ stories ) do not necessarily speak to quality and effectiveness of the materials.

How effective is your approach?

Average velocity 1 full-time Amazon offers (L4-L7) in every other week.

How much time is needed?

Phone interview : One session scheduled 2-3 days prior to the interview date.

Final loop:~7-10days runway for self-paced activity + practice sessions.

Can I skip the library and do sessions only?

Digital Library is an Integral part of our approach. For optimal result we highly recommend kicking off with the library.

Teresa's approach is effective. She would first understand your background. During that, her personal style is injecting a lot of energy into the prep itself. Then she would go directly into the questions, provide feedback if she sees a role fit or not. She also helped me identify several wrong answers that I prepared because I didn't fully understand what the questions were asking for! I did tons of interviews myself for Principal roles or leadership programs within our company (85K employees), but Teresa can still spot on the things that I didn't get right! I feel fortunate with her detail-oriented approach, upbeat conversations, and well-structured agenda.
