Final loops prep puts Quality over quantity. We kickoff with the Digital Library (self-paced) to guides you to piece together the right element of your best materials. Followed by sessions to fine-tune the stories and practice delivery to reach the full potential.

How is your approach uniquely different?
Our approach puts People over process, Quality over quantity. We aim at the best story per Leadership Principle (LP) (10-14 total). In contrast, process-driven (eg. Top 30 questions),or quantity-driven (e.g. 3 stores per LP or 30+ stories ) do not necessarily speak to quality and effectiveness of the materials.
How effective is your approach?
Average velocity 1 full-time Amazon offers (L4-L7) in every other week.
How much time is needed?
Phone interview : One session scheduled 2-3 days prior to the interview date.
Final loop:~7-10days runway for self-paced activity + practice sessions.

Can I skip the library and do sessions only?
Digital Library is an Integral part of our approach. For optimal result we highly recommend kicking off with the library.
What shall I expect from the practice sessions?
You will gain the full Bar Raiser interview experience. We will put your story to test to highlight gaps, depth and impact expansion. They serve as the continuation of the Digital Library.
