I'm also certified to assess and develop EQ and elevate trust levels with teams and organizations. I became a certified coach back in 2005 and also work in the areas of leadership and team development, culture change, employee experience, and Inclusion & Diversity.

I'm originally from the US, but have been working in Europe for the last 15 years - currently in Amsterdam. I've also worked in Japan, Australia, Hong Kong and Germany.
