Wenyi was born in Wuhan, China, worked in public relations and HR development for a leading electronics parts manufacturing firm in Japan and higher education institutions in the UK. In Singapore, Wenyi started a career as a Business Coach and Training Facilitator for mid-senior level executives within large multinational companies, working closely with regional/ local clients. Also, she placed several coaching programmes in a master’s course at University. Designing and implementing exceptional training programs for developing and cultivating "Branded Leader" Executives with self-knowledge and goodwill.
